It is the intent of the Bemidji Area Indian Health Service to issue request for proposal on June 27, 1996 to the Milwaukee Indian Health Board for the continuation of a comprehensive urban health care clinic, which founded and developed the urban health program and is a 100 percent Indian Owned Non-Profit Corporation.
