proposals for a site to locate a new post office facility in the
Clarence, NY area. The preferred area is bounded north by Clarence
Center Rd., south by Wehrle Drive, east by Davison Rd., and west by
Shimerville Rd. Site requirements are approximately between 81,300 and
88,346 sq. ft. The lease term is for a minimum of 20 years with four
five year renewal options. Proposals will be received through July 12,
1996 and must be submitted by principals only on specified forms and
in accordance with the official advertisement for space. For
