Colbert (502) 798-7566 (Site Code DAKF23) Construct pre-engineered steel buildings, each having differing site conditions utilizing a requirements contract. Each project shall include a steel building erected on a concrete foundation. Site work shall include minimum site grading, crushed stone paving, and exterior utilities. Interior offices, associated mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems are included. Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1542. The small business size standard is average annual receipts of a concern and all affiliates over the preceding three fiscal years cannot exceed $17 million. Base period of performance is twelve months with one (1) twelve month option period. Statutory cost limitation of $300,000 applies to each building ordered under the resulting contract. Period of performance for delivery orders is as follows: one hundred eighty (180) calendar days for completion of the first delivery order and one hundred fifty (150) calendar days for subsequent delivery orders. Performance period for delivery orders will run concurrently. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program; therefore, this solicitation is unrestricted. Estimated range of the project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 for the twelve month base period of performance. All responsible concerns may request a copy of the solicitation by submitting a nonrefundable charge in the amount of $25.00.
