The George Washington and Jefferson National Forests proposes to repair/construct low water crossings at Stoney Fork Campground in Wythe County, Wytheville, VA. It is the intent of the contract to reconstruct these low water crossings, while maintaining (as much as possible) the existing openings and fill all voids around the culvert pipe in the crossing with concrete or pressure grout. No other materials shall be acceptable as ``fill'' material. This is a labor surplus set-aside. (176)
