Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to enclose the existing structure (shed) to create a Boat Maintenance Facility at U. S. Coast Guard Base Milwaukee, WI. The work shall include installation of metal siding, concrete block, exterior insulation finish system (EFIS), overhead and personnel doors, gas, water, sanitary sewer, lighting, heating, and ventilation. Work to the existing addition shall include replacement of existing doors and frames, patch and repair existing concrete block, adding EIFS to the exterior. Work shall also include construction of a concrete block storage addition, similar in shape and size to the existing addition. The work shall include installation of overhead garage doors, heating, lighting, and EFIS to the exterior. This procurement is estimated between $100K and $250K and is open to large and small businesses under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The applicable SIC code is 1542.
