Work includes the removal and replacement of built-up roofing systems on various buildings including Bldgs 598, 888, 702, 429, 413, 691, 408, 565, 620 and 859. Replacement on all buildings except 702 will be a new aggregate surfaced built-up roofing system to include insulation, flashing and any and all incidental work for a complete new roof. Bldg 702 will be replaced with a EPDM roofing system to include insulation, flashing and any and all incidental work. Some existing roofs contain asbestos. The estimated range of the project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Pursuant to PL 100-656, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, this solicitation is classified as unrestricted. Requests for copies of this proposed procurement should be submitted IN WRITING state the solicitation number and provide complete name, address, phone number and business size of the requestor. Additionally, requestors should indicate whether they intend to bid as a prime contractor, subcontractor or supplier.
