PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: Work involves reconstruction of the existing sanitary sewer lines by the cured-in-place method. The work includes rehabilitation of approximately 90,000 linear feet of sewer pipe and related work to include cleaning and videotaping; lateral connections; replacement of approximately 1,000 linear feet of sewer lines with the majority being 8 inches in diameter or less and with the largest being 30 inches in diameter; incidental related work. The estimated range of the project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Pursuant to P.L. 100-656, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, this solicitation is classified as unrestricted. Requests for copies of this proposed procurement should be submitted IN WRITING, state the solicitation number, and provide complete name, address, phone number and business size of the requestor. Additionally, requestors should indicate whether they intend to bid as a prime contractor, subcontractor or supplier.
