Invitation for Bid will be issued on or about 15 Jul 96 with bid opening on or about 15 Aug 96. Proposed contract will be firm fixed price type contract. The estimated cost is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1623, with the small business size standard being $17.0M in annual receipts.
