This solicitation will be issued on an unrestrictive basis in accordance with DOD FAR CLAUSE 252.219-7008. Replies are requested from all concerns as well as from large business concerns. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Work includes but is not limited to the following: construction of a dam in an existing ditch, to include a retaining wall with pre-cast concrete pipes, a spillway and an entrance pad; construction of a reinforced concrete oil/water separator and equipment pump pad; installation of a floating skimmer and pump with a level sensing system; site grading with shrubs and rip-rap; furnish and install a transformer; and installation of a drain pipe at Seymour Johnson AFB NC. Solicitation will be available on or about 15 Jul 96. The performance period is approximately 120 calendar days.
