202/482-1512. The Shape Technical Center invites qualified U.S.
contractors to compete on the basis of NATO international competitive
bidding for consultancy support for development of Microsoft Exchange
Information Flow and Storage Capabilities. The contractor will evaluate
user requirements for applications and determine suitability of
Microsoft Exchange public folders as an environment for implementing
information flow applications to satisfy the requirements. From this
evaluation, initial requirement statements will be formulated. Sources
of information to be used for this analysis include lessons learned
from the Joint Analysis Team's report, Operations plans, War HQ Plans,
etc. The contractor will assist in the organization and conduct of
SHAPE/regional workshops for obtaining user views. Results of various
phases of the contract will be provided in presentations to SHAPE. The
project involves several Headquarters at more than 20 different
locations. Each location has a local network with an NT primary Domain
Controller and a Backup Domain Controller. The number of workstations
at each site can vary from two to more than a hundred. The
contractor's qualifications and experience should include, among
others, a university degree in a technical field related to computer
science, training and experience in business operations and
organizations, and extensive up to date knowledge and experience with
the following topics: MS Exchange version 4.0., MS NT 3.5 Client
Software and Windows 95 Client Software. For additional technical
