Supplies and services to support deployed imagery intelligence requirements. The Government intends to negotiate only with the original equipment manufacturer, Xerox Special Information Systems, 250 North Halstead Street, Pasadena, California, under FAR 6.302 for the purchase of the following printer accessories, consumable supplies, and services for a Government-owned Xerox 4036 gray scale printer: 4036 shock mounting kit; garrison operating spare parts kit; deployment operating spare parts kit; 36'' paper Xerox P/N 3R3363; toner cartridges Xerox P/N 6R349; maintenance repair training course on equipment; and telephone service support. The shock mounting kit shall include complete installation of the kit and the Government-owned Xerox 4036 printer at the Government's installation on Camp Pendleton. Maintenance repair course includes training for two Government employees on all maintenance repair levels for the Xerox 4036. Telephone maintenance support shall be available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. All supplies, installation of printer and mounting kit, and training of Government personnel shall be completed by 6 September in order to support contingency operations. These supplies and services are available from the original equipment manufacturer and no other supplies/services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. If there are interested parties, they must identify themselves to the Contracting Office within 15 calendar days of this notice outlining their capabilities to meet all of the stated supplies and services.
