The Department of the Treasury, Financial Management Service (FMS) intends to award a sole source purchase order to North Ridge Software, 12515 Willows Road, N.E., Suite 205, Kirkland, WA, 98034-8795. This procurement is a small business-small purchase set-aside. The order will be issued to North Ridge Software for its Network Center and Component software. The Network Center and Component software will allow FMS' network environment to enforce a set of conditions to allow or deny session establishment, maintain these rules, produce audit trails of session requests and actions taken, and interactively view sessions being processed. The Network Center and Component software will also provide FMS facilities to utilize a set of conditions to manipulate the contents of the following VTAM lists: gateway path, adjacent link station, adjacent SSCP, local network virtual route, and remote network virtual route. The Network Center and Component software will be utilized by FMS network system programmers to improve network performance, restrict certain cross-domain network activities, control selection of logical connection between hosts (''load balance''), and set and adjust processing order. The Network Center and Component software will be delivered to three FMS locations in Hyattsville, MD; Austin, TX; and, Philadelphia, PA. Vendors who believe they can fulfill this requirement must submit a capability statement. This statement shall outline how they intend to meet the requirement. Vendors not submitting this information or merely requesting a copy of the RFQ will be considered nonresponsive.
