The Electronic Systems Center, Hanscom AFB MA is pleased to make available its draft Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program draft topics for the FY 97 Department of Defense SBIR Solicitation 97.1. They contain the same information as will appear in the solicitation, plus the name and phone number of the individual sponsoring the topic. The purpose of the release of these draft topics is to provide an opportunity for dialogue between potential bidders and ESC technical points of contact prior to the solicitation release. Questions may be addressed to the sponsoring activity through 30 Sept 96. As of 1 Oct 96 when the solicitation is released, no technical information can be made available by Air Force personnel except through the DTIC SBIR Interactive Technical Information System (SITIS).
