McEntire ANG Station, Eastover, SC (approx. 12 miles east of Columbia, SC). Provide Type A (Concept), Type B (Design) and Type C (Inspection) A/E services to design a 6,800 SF addition and alteration of the existing 11,300 SF facility. Project shall include reinforced concrete foundation and floor slab, structural steel framing, masonry walls, roof structure, interior mechanical, electrical and fire suppression systems, exterior utilities site improvements and pavements. Upgrade existing mechanical, electrical, and fire suppression systems. The A/E selection criteria, listed in order of importance, includes: (1) Professional Qualifications of the design team for satisfactory performance, (2) Specialized Experience and Technical Competence in similar type work, (3) Capacity to accomplish the work in the required time, (4) Past performance, (5) Location and (6) Volume of work previously awarded by DoD (ensure proposal indicates volume of fees for DoD work awarded to both prime and consultants within the past 12 months). The Government intends to award one firm fixed price contract to one A/E firm for the services required. Standard Forms 254, Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire, and 255, Architect-Engineer Related Services for Specific Project, are required from firms requesting consideration for selection. Ensure consultant SF 254 is included. Firms having a current SF 254 on file with the below listed office may respond with an SF 255 and a letter stating that the SF 254 is on file. Firms with more than one office should indicate from which office work will be performed. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for this project is 8712.
