Provide Environmental Engineering Services related to requirements to the environmental guidelines established by the Clean Wate Act (CWA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and Comprehensive Environmental Restoration and Compensation Liability Act (CERCLA) regulations. A firm fixed price requirements contract is contemplated covering a base year and four option years. Contract shall provide for issuance of delivery/task orders for (a) Ecological Surveys, (b) Toxicity Testing (includes Toxicity Identification and Reduction Evaluations), (c) Automated Biomonitoring System (ABS) Support and (d) Environmental Toxicology, Chemistry and Treatment Studies. Contractor is to provide on-call assistance to answer technical questions concerning deliverables for duration of contract. Local work covered by contract is to be performed at Pine Bluff Arsenal. Government furnished support: Automated Biomonitoring Facility; Automated Biomonitoring System; Production & Incineration Reports; ISCO Model 2700 Water Samplers; Outboard Motor & Boat -- items will be available for use but will not become the property of the contractor.
