The Francis Marion and Sumter National Forests plans to contract for securing ``Call When Needed'' fixed wing aircraft for point-to-point transportation and special use aviation services from light fixed wing single and multi-engine aircraft operated by fully qualified personnel and equipped to meet specifications for use in administration and protection of Public Lands on the Francis Marion and Sumter National Forests. Contract will guarantee an estimated 80 flight hours per year. Contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, labor and supplies in accordance with specifications and provisions of the contract. No materials, labor, or equipment will be furnished by the Government unless specifically identified in the Government Furnished Property clause. (176)
