Solicitation DAAJ09-95-R-0490 is being replaced by DAAJ09-96-R-0557. All context in previous synopsis remains the same except for the following: ATCOM proposes to acquire on a full and open competition basis a one (1) year contract with four (4) option years for the overhaul and repair of the UH-1 Blade, Rotary Wing. Contractor must furnish Special Tooling and Equipment required per DMWR 55-1560-198. No GFE/GFP will be available except for shipping containers. If the contractor intends to utilize similiar or equivalent tools, equipment, and parts, the contractor shall prepare a list describing the special tools in sufficient detail for the Government to use in determining acceptability which shall be included with submittal of the proposal. A copy of the Special Tool & Equipment List per DMWR is available upon request. Minimum Quantity is 100, Maximum Quantity is 500 (estimated). (0179)
