The Bureau of Prisons, South Central Regional Office, Dallas, Texas intends to make award to the responsible offeror(s) for the provision of comprehensive hospital/physician services at the Federal Correctional Institution in El Reno, Oklahoma. Services to be provided will include inpatient/outpatient hospital services, inpatient/outpatient physician services, and outpatient institution services. Offerors must be within a 40 mile radius of the institution. The contract will be a firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract and will include a base year not to exceed 12 months with 4 one year options for renewal. The estimated quantities for these periods are as follows: Base Year: Inpatient Hospital/Physician visits - guaranteed minimun 45 and estimated maximum 900, Outpatient Hospital/Physician visits - guaranteed minimum 350 and estimated maximum 425; Option Year 1: Inpatient Hosptial/Physician visits - guaranteed minimum 50 and estimated maximum 930, Outpatient Hospital/Physician visits - guaranteed minimum 350 and estimated maximum 435; Option Year 2: Inpatient Hospital/Physician visits - guaranteed minimum 55 and estimated maximum 960, Outpatient Hospital/Physician visits - guaranteed minimum 360 and estimated maximum 435; Option Year 3: Inpatient Hospital/Physician visits - guaranteed minimum 60 and estimated maximum 1026, Outpatient Hospital/Physician visits - guaranteed minimum 370 and estimated maximum 445; Option Year 4: Inpatient Hospital/Physician - guaranteed minimum 65 and estimated maximum 1050, Outpatient Hospital/Physician - guaranteed minimum 380 and estimated maximum 450.
