CONTRACTING CONFERENCE The Greater Cincinnati Federal Executive Board's Minority Business Opportunity Committee in conjunction with other Federal and City contracting offices is sponsoring a contracting conference for Small, Minority, Woman-Owned and Veteran-Owned businesses to be held at the Sharonville Convention Center in Cincinnati, OH on August 22, 1996. The purpose of the conference is to provide procurement opportunities and to educate businesses on how to do business with the government in these changing times. Workshops include: How to submit a solicitation, recent FAR changes, a hands on demonstration of EDI, credit cards and 8(a) interviews. There will be actual solicitations available in the areas of equipment/supplies, ADP, services, and construction.
