She can be reached at Area Code (301) 734-3761 The USDA, Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), Management Services Division (MSD), Washington, DC intends to acquire labor services, which includes but not limited to delivery of supplies, picking up supplies, unloading and loading of equipment, etc. The contractor shall provide two laborers to work five days per week, eight hours per day. The contractor is responsible for providing one vehicle along with proof of insurance. A fixed price contract. The contract period is for one year with the option to renew for up to an additional two years. The solicitation is to be released on or about July 30, 1996.
