This requirement is being procured under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and supervision to relocate laboratory chemicals and chemical housing between locations at the Beltsville Agricultural Research Center, Beltsville, MD. Only one site visit is scheduled. Refer to solicitation for date and time of site visit. This is a 100% small business set-aside. Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be made available on or about July 17, 1996. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by the agency.
