The National Emergency Training Center, Emergency Management Institute has a requirement to design, develop, evaluate and revise course materials for the ``Course Development'' curriculum. The course entitled ``Course Development'' is the fourth of seven courses included in the Master Training Program (MTP). The Master Training Program was developed to provide opportunities for emergency management professionals to acquire or improve skills in assessing needs for emergency management courses in designing, developing, instructing and evaluating emergency management training. The contractor shall be required to perform the following tasks: (a) attend meetings and pilot deliveries; and (b) develop the following: pre-course material, plan of instruction, instructor guide, job aid and evaluation tools. The period of performance of the resulting contract will run from the date award is made through July 31, 1997. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated.
