Services Nonpersonal for a one year subscription to Electronic Mailbox Service for the period 1 Oct 96 through 30 Sep 97. Service to include monthly service charges plus transmission of approximately 150,000 messages of approximately 1,000 characters per message to various mailbox locations on AT&T Easylink and other Value Added Networks. Message traffic must be routed through the entry point within 10 minutes of receipt. Requests for the RFQ may be transmitted via fax to (618) 256-4325. Prospective offerors must include telephone/telefax numbers, Contract Establishment Code, and Commercial and Government Entity Code (if assigned one). ALL RESPONSES MUST INCLUDE YOUR PLUS FOUR ZIP CODE TO ENSURE RECEIPT OF THE SOLICITATION. No information concerning this solicitation or requests for clarification will be provided in response to offeror initiated telephone calls. All such requests must be made in writing and submitted to this office. The cut-off date for requesting official RFQ will be seven calendar days after release of the solicitation.
