Coast Guard Air Station, Cape Cod, Massachusetts. The work includes, but is not limited to constructing a 7500 square foot pre- engineered building and associated work. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with Specification No. 01-001-92 and Drawing No. 01-001-92 (sheets 1-32). All work shall be completed within 300 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Plans (half- size), specifications, and all necessary bid documents will be available 19 July 1996 and may be obtained by submitting a check in the amount of $30.00 per set (non-refundable) made payable to the U. This is applicable to any eligible prime or subcontract at any tier. The DOT Bonding Assistance Program enables firms to apply for bid, performance and payment bonds up to $1.0 million per contract. The DOT provides an 80 percent guaranty on the bond amount to a surety against losses.
