The Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a Contractor to provide all the labor, materials, equipment, and other resources necessary to complete this project. The work consists of: Constructing one lattice steel tower foundation. This project is located in Shasta County, California. The estimated order of magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation, specifications, and drawings will be issued free of charge. Note: In accordance with Western's Acquisition Handbook, ''Western procurement officials shall limit availability of solicitations.'' Therefore, only a limited number of copies of this solicitation will be available to be distributed by this office. Additional copies of this solicitation will be available through various ''plan holders rooms''. All work for all of the Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN) must be completed no later than September 21, 1996. Western will issue a ''Notice to Proceed''. All the CLINs will be delivery FOB destination. There will be only one award made from this solicitation. Therefore, all Bidders must submit their bids on and ''all or none basis''. This solicitation will be issued on or about July 23, 1996. The projected bid opening date is on or about August 23, 1996. This proposed procurement is unrestricted (full and open).
