Honan, Jr, Contracting Officer, 910-394-6599. This project consist of Alter/Repair 624th Compound Pavement on Pope Air Force Base North Carolina. REPAIR: Demolition of existing washrack, oil/water separator, curbed island, relocation of existing dumpster, block wall screen, fire hydrant post indicator valve, modify drainage facilities, new 5 foot block wall with 5 foot wide manway, new 8 foot high chain link fence, new lawn sprinkler system for irrigation, new paving and pavement stripes, landscaping, new concrete loading dock. ALTER: Demolition of existing poles, bases, fixtures and curcuits, relocate electrical lines, cable television and telephone cables to underground service, new curcuits, transformers, electric manholes, new concrete incased ductbank, four new light poles, concrete bases, fixtures circuits, new phase 1 receptacle at washrack, new sprinkler water supply solenoid valve and time clock. The performance time for this project is 105 calendar days and the magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This proposed acquisition will be issued unrestricted.
