The Sumter National Forest plans to contract for renovation of Highway 76 Chatooga River Access toilet building and site improvements on the Andrew Pickens Ranger District in Pickens County, South Carolina. Work will include demolition of existing toilets, installing new toilets, walkway improvements, asphalt overlay, reroofing, painting, and plexiglass replacement for existing bulletin board. Contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, labor and supplies to in accordance with specifications and provisions of the contract. No materials, labor, or equipment will be furnished by the Government unless specifically identified in the Government Furnished Property clause. Project range is $100,000 to $250,000. (176)
