The work consists of providing all labor, material, equipment and services to completely perform the following: installation of a new sprinkler system in the unsprinkled areas of the P&DC basement; installation of a new sprinkler system in the VMF; removal of the existing fire alarm panel, spri nkler system panel, pull stations and audible and visual initiating devices; installation of a new complete fire alarm system in the P&DC and the VMF; and, installation of an IPS System to supply emergency power to an existing emergency power panel in the P&DC basement. OFFEROR MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN FIRE SUPPRESSION WORK AND PRIMARILY ENGAGED IN THIS LINE FOR A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) YEARS AND WHO, IN ADDITION, SHALL HAVE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED AT LEAST THREE (3) PROJECTS OF SIMILAR SIZE AND SCOPE.
