Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to remove wastewater pond outlet structure and piping, construct a new pond control structure, dispose sludge from existing oil intercept pond, construct an overflow apron and earth burm work, and construct two (2) oil separator structures at Cavalier AFS, ND in strict accordance with Technical Provisions and Drawings for EGYN 960019. The performance period shall be 180 calendar days after the date of notice to proceed. Plans and specifications for this project will be issued on 3 1/2'' computer disks. Plans will be AutoCADD 12 files and specifications will be Microsoft Word for Windows 6.0 files. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
