The project consists of constructing a 2,300 square foot Wash Rack facility. The facility shall be constructed of a reinforced concrete foundation, masonry cavity walls of concrete block back-up and brick veneer with bar joists supporting membrane roofing over a metal deck. Functional spaces include the Wash Rack itself utilizing concrete floor slab and catch basin, an office, mechanical room, and exterior equipment enclosure. The magnitude of the project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The projected performance period is 180 days after notice to proceed, this period includes weather days.
