Work includes but is not limited to installation of four (4) combination heating/cooling fan coil units which have factory installed balancing valves, positive shut off valves and match existing units in facility and installation of two heating fin tubes. Remove and replace existing heat system, remove old asbestos covered pip and run new heat lines. Connect heating pipes in pipe chases and install electrical boxes. The request for quotation will be released on or about 11 July 1996 and the quote closing date will be ten (10) days after release. Sole Source award to John Bowman, Inc, is anticipated. Magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. See Note 22. (176)
