The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) is conducting a market survey and is requesting technical information on a Hose Reel System. The hose reel system should have the following characteristics and capabilities: (1) be able to store, dispense, and retrieve 6'' diameter lightweight petroleum hose from a reel containing no less than 2400' each, (2) be capable of reaching a distance of 5 miles, (3) be capable of fitting and operating from and within the dimensional and weight constraints of the M-939/m-809 series truck, and MK-14 (LVS) vehicles, and (4) be and ISO compatible system, capable of being stored and transported in standard 8' x 8' x 20' ISO shipping containers.
