66 -- VACUUM CHAMBER WITH ACCESSORIES SOL 53SBNB6C9194 DUE 073096 POC Trena Bercaw (301) 975-6324 The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has a requirement for one custom made high vacuum chamber with inside dimensions of 2' x 2' x 2-1/2', in accordance with government supplied schematics, and with the following accessories: one (1) IR Bakeout system with two (2) 600 W heat lamps-each mounted on a 2-3/4'' conflat feedthrough; three (3) Dual 12 KV/70 amp electrical feedthroughs on 2-3/4'' conflat feedthroughs; one(1) set of dual water feedthroughs (two (2) 3/8'' water lines with VCR fittings (inside chamber) mounted on three (3), 2-3/4'' CF flanges; one (1) support which brings the chamber base 3' off the ground; one (1) window - 6''apenture on 8'' CF flange; one (1) set of two (2) rotary feedthroughs on 2-3/4'' CF flanges Electro-pneumatic controlled; one (1) 11'' long, 8'' flanges-full nipple with 6'' diameter tube (EL VAC Midatlantic #4026000 or equal); two (2), 8 pin electrical feedthroughs minimum rating 5 amps/pin (with plug in connection on atmosphere side) on 2-3/4'' CF flange; one (1) ionization gauge controller, (EL VAC Midatlancic #307001 or equal); one (1) ionization gauge cable for tubulated guage; one (1) Cold finger ferrofluid feedthrough EL VAC Midatlantic #CF63-H10W. This is a standout dual rotary shaft (water inand out) on a 4-1/2'' CF flange with an extra 6'' added in length and a blind-tapped end (motorized) cap (5 holes in a german cross); one (1) Dublin seal for external water connection; one (1) SPR 105 bolt; ten (10) Conflat Blanks 2-3/4''; eight (8) bolt and nut kits for 2-3/4'' CF inc:25; four (4) packages of CF 2-3/4: copper gaskets (EL VAC Midatlantic #309 1500) (10/pkg; two (2) packages of quartz crystal 6Mhz (Sycon) gold coated EL VAC Midatlantic #500-117(10/pkg). The contractor shall also install a government furnished, electric beam gun, to the vacuum chamber, in accordance with government drawings and specifications.
