This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number F01600-96-Q3056 is issued as a request for proposals (RFP), and will be awarded as a purchase order using the simplified acquisition procedures. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-37. The standard industrial classification is 2721 and the business size standard is 500 employees. This is an unrestricted procurement. The solicitation line item is as follows: Line Item 0001: Subscriptions to Aviation Week and Space Technology (no substitute will be accepted) beginning 1 September 1996 and ending 31 August 1997. Quantity: 609 subscriptions. Delivery: Beginning with September 1996 issue; Destination: 609 respective locations; Inspection and Acceptance: 609 AFJROTC units (HQ AFROTC, Maxwell AFB AL is POC); Quantity Variation: 0% Over -- 0% Under. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors--Commercial Items (Oct 1995), and FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items (Oct 1995) apply to this acquisition. There are no addenda to those provisions.
