The US Army Space and Strategic Defense Command plans to enter into sole-source negotiations with XonTech, Incorporated, 6862 Nayvenhurst Avenue, Van Nuys, California 91406-4795 for effort entitled, ''Ground Based Radar (GBR) Discrimination Analysis and Design (DA & D)''. The contractor will support the NMD Project Office in the area of radar discrimination by providing testing and analysis of the GBR family of radars (GBR FoR) prime contractor's discrimination approach to assure that it's capable of meeting TRD requirements; design, development and testing of advanced discrimination related algorithms; NMD and TMD system analysis of GBR performance support for the GBR discrimination working group to assure proper insertion of discrimination analysis and design technology into the GBRFoR prime contractor's discrimination architecture; threat characterization and modeling; and test flight data reduction, analysis and radar performance eveluation.
