The Federal AViation Administration (FAA), Great Lakes Region, is developing a Qualified Vendor List (QVL), of Arthitect and Egnineer (A/E) firms. Over the next five years, we will be awarding an estimated $45 million in contracts/purchase orders for construction-in-place projects. Only A/E firms that qualify for the QVL will be considered for contract/purchase order awards. The Engineering Requirements set forth the requirements for various task type A/E design services relating to FAA projects, including technical and administrative facilities throughout the eight state area of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Wisconsin, and North and South Dakota. The designs shall provide for the construction of new facilities, relocation/modification of existing facilities, and site adaptation of standard designs. Interested firms are invited to submit one copy of a completed SF 254 and Related Services Questionnaire SF 255. Additional company information may be submitted if desired. Completed SF 254's and 255's must be submitted no later than the close of business, July 19, 1996 to the Contracting Officer, Diane P.
