Nonpersonal services to perform Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMI), calibration and repair service for the CT HiSpeed RP System with Helical (System ID # 702643NCT) and Advantage Windows Workstation at Nellis Medical Facilities, Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. Project includes but is not limited to all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and parts to perform monthly preventive maintenance inspections, calibrations, and (including glassware, service, labor, documentation, travel time, and expense) to perform both preventative and corrective maintenance. The emergency response time required is 2 hours after notification. Service to include training for in house maintenance technician.
