This is a commercial procurement. FAR Clauses 52.212-1, 212-3, 212-4 and 212-5 apply. Provide maintenance management services to the Dept. of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 4500 S. Lancaster Rd., Dallas, TX 75216 for the period 10/1/96 (or date of award if later), through 9/30/97 with two options to renew for a period of one year each. Services include, but are not limited to, management services, repair analysis and invoice validation, payment processing, including cost overrun protection, technical assistance, statistical repair information and program training for the Medical Center. Companies capable of providing this service are invited to request a copy of this solicitation.
