Wyatt (303) 289-0134 (Site Code DAAM02) The Contracting Division, Rocky Mountain Arsenal intends to issue a sole source service contract to Woodward-Clyde Federal Services, Denver, Colorado to provide the non-personal services of a Biota Expert. This contract will require the contractor to employ several technologies in an integrated manner to support the Endangerment Assessment (EA) and Feasibility Study (FS) programs. These include, but are not limited to, coordination of the ecological risk assessment portions of the Onpost and Offpost Endangerment Assessment; internal review of work products, plans and reports; technical support of ecological risk assessment; technical support of ecological risk management decisions, and technical support to the Army and Organizations and State meetings, agency meetings and public meetings; and on issues of dispute resolution, as requested by the Army. This acquisition was previously published in the CBD on 05 Dec 95, this acquisition was delayed due to changes in the requirement. The period of performance for this contract will be from date of award through 30 Sep 96, with four option years beginning 01 Oct 1996 through 30 Sep 2000 for a total of five years.
