The following counties of Texas will be covered: Archer, Baylor, Callahan, Clay, Colin, Cooke, Dallas, Delta, Denton, Eastland, Ellis, Franklin, Henderson, Hood, Hopkinns, Hunt, Jack, Kaufman, Rains, Red River, Rockwall, Smith, Van Zandt, Wood, Montague, Palo Pinto, Parker, Shackelford, Stephens, Somervell, Tarrant, Throckmorton, Wise and Young.
