R -- TURN KEY - INFORMATION SYSTEMS BUSINESS SOLUTIONS MASTER ORDERING AGREEMENTS DUE 062896 POC Melicent Nhan, Purchasing Specialist. The U. S. Postal Service (USPS) is seeking additional sources for existing Mater Ordering Agreements (MOAs) that support USPS business information systems needs. Sources must (1) be assessed at Maturity Level 2 or better according to the Carnegie-Mellon Software Institute's Capability Maturity Model (SEI CMM), (2) design and develop software solutions at their own sites, then deploy those solutions throughout the U.S., (3) provide deliverables under firm fixed price contracts, submit proposals within 5 working days of receiving task order request for proposals, and staff task orders within 10 working days after receipt of task order award, (4) communicate electronically within the USPS using cc:Mobile, which USPS will provide, and (5) be able to deploy deliverables to anywhere in the United States. Primary deployment sites will be Washington, DC, Raleigh, NC, Minneapolis, MN, St. Louis, MO, San Mateo, CA and Wilkes Barre, PA. Interested parties should submit the following within 15 calendar days after publication of this notice: (1) your company capabilities statement (maximum two pages with minmum average font size of 10), (2) a signed hardcopy certificate of your SEI CMM ability, which may be downloaded from the USPS Homepage at http://www.usps.gov/business/wantad.htm, and (3) your e-mail address.
