DESCRIPTION: Services are required to provide weekly pick-up and retrieval of approximately 9,800 magnetic computer tapes (round reel and cartridge) and 20-40 boxes of paper documents for the offsite storage of backup and recovery purposes for the Martinsburg Computing Center (MCC), Route 9 and Needy Road, Martinsburg, WV. The awardee's storage facility shall meet certain minimum guidelines for physical, fire, magnetic, environmental and electronic security to assure the protection of information placed in storage. The facility shall be within 100 driving miles of the MCC location. The resultant contract will be for a base period and four one-year renewable option periods, if exercised.
