Y -- INSTALL SECURITY MEASURES SOL GS-09P-96-KYC-0032 DUE 081996 POC Contact,Michelle Warren,415/522-3283 The contractor is to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and inciden- tals required to upgrade and provide a new Closed Circuit Television sys- tem, to provide vehicle deterrence barriers, vehicle barrier arms with card-key access control, and to modify the landscaping and irrigation as required to accomodate new work. Work includes submittal of shop drawings. This work will be performed at the Prince Kuhio Federal Building & US Courthouse, 300 Ala Moana Blvd., Honolulu, Hawaii. This solicitation is being procured under FAR 15.6 Source Selection. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and offers the greatest value to the Government, price and technical factors considered. All proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria: Past Performance, Technical Proposal, Training & Certification, and Price. The estimated completion time is 120 calendar days. Estimated cost range is $100,000 - $250,000. This procurement is being made under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to both small and large businesses.
