This is a presolicitation notice titled ``ADAL Communications Facility, Meridian Air National Guard, ``Meridian, Mississippi, and is composed of the demolition of a portion of the existing communications facility and construction of an addition to the communications facility. The project consists of altering 3,200 SF of the existing building and construction of 6,100 SF. Plans and specifications are not yet available. Construction dollar range is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 under SIC 1542 (General Construction). Construction timeframe is 360 days. When responding, indicate size status.
