Provide all labor, material, and equipment required to remove loose ballast and damaged built-up roof (BUR) system on the rack room roof; remove perimeter flashing, gutters, roofing, insulation and roofing and insulation at the blisters; install new insulation and re-roof with a single ply elastomeric roofing system; replace some elastomeric seals and flashings; caulk roof door joints and correct leaks in the roof doors over the whiteroom roof in Cell 3.
