Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct a plaza in the area formerly occupied by Bldg 430, including demolition of existing sidewalks, asphalt paving, flag pole, and site clearing. Provide new flag poles, sidewalks, pavements, landscaping, earth berms, concrete stage, planters, landscaping, irrigation, asphalt pavements, electrical lighting and power.
