The work to be performed under this project involves the construction of a masonry security building (approximately 144 gross square feet (GSF)), demolition of curbing and paving, new handicapped ramps, new fencing, new asphalt curbing, paving new doors and frames in gypsum board partitions, installation of new boilers, steam and water piping, valves, gas-fired heaters, pumps, upgrade and extension of fire alarm and detection systems, and the installation of new light fixtures. The estimated construction time is 224 calendar days. Estimated construction cost range is $500,000 to $1,000,000.
