Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct a facility to house condenser water pumps, above-ground piping, valves, and controls for the cooling tower; install emergency eye wash, chemical treatment system, aquastat, motor control center, restroom facilities with shower, interior and exterior lighting, fire protection and fire alarm systems. Repair by replacement all condenser water pumps, valves, piping, and all associated support equipment. Period of performance is 120 calendar days after Notice to Proceed is issued. The estimated range of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation is unrestricted.
