The proposed contract will consist of a base year with two option periods with actual physical periods of work accomplished during normal construction season, i.e., 01 May through 30 Oct of each year. The project work includes: replacement of sidewalks, curbs, integral curbs and gutters, installing or replace handicapped ramps, headbolt heater posts and asphalt concrete pavement, excavation and backfill, bituminous prime coat, bituminous tack coat, crack seal, prepare and patch potholes, patch utility trenches, asphalt concrete leveling course, asphalt concrete pavement overlay, adjust manholes, catch basin and valve box, installation of culvert pipe, road and street signs, guard rails, pavement markings, wheel stops, roadmarkers, and restoration of area damaged by repair work with topsoil and grass seed (hydro seed). Estimated value, including the options period. is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
