Base item has seven buildings with six (6) optional buildings for a total of 32 towers. Work includes but is not limited to: Demolition to include; remove existing concrete slabs, topping, guardrails, and light fixtures. Replace designated steel door frames, doors, and hardware. Install new glazed aluminum curtain wall systems, doors, frames, sash and hardware. Install new HVAC systems and lighting. Invitation for Bid will be issued on or about 15 Jul 96 with bid opening on or about 15 Aug 96. Proposed contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The estimated cost is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1542, with the small business size standard being $17.0M in annual receipts.
